Mobile Parties and Events The customer must provide a suitable, safe and accessible area in which the activity can be delivered, including sturdy tables and chairs, access to water and sufficient space for the number of participants booked. Slime-making involves glue, colourants, glitter, fragrances and other materials that may stain or damage certain surfaces, fabrics and belongings. Before the activity begins, the customer must remove or adequately protect carpets, soft furnishings, valuable items, delicate surfaces and any other property that may be susceptible to staining or damage. Gootopia will provide reasonable protective coverings for the main activity tables and will take reasonable care when delivering the activity. However, Gootopia cannot guarantee that slime or associated materials will not come into contact with surrounding property. Gootopia will not be responsible for staining or damage that results from: the customer failing to remove or adequately protect vulnerable property; unsuitable tables, furniture, flooring or activity areas supplied by the customer; participants removing materials from the designated activity area; children or guests failing to follow the host’s reasonable instructions; or conduct outside Gootopia’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Gootopia’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability arising from Gootopia’s failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. Safety & Liability Disclaimer Product Safety All ingredients used in our slime-making activities are considered child-safe when used as instructed. Participation is undertaken entirely at the attendee’s own risk. Personal Safety Ingredients may occasionally come into contact with eyes or broken skin. Any such contact should be addressed immediately by rinsing with warm water. Gootopia accepts no liability for any discomfort, injury, or adverse reaction arising from participation.
