How old do you have to be to take part?
Our workshops and parties are suitable for ages 3+ (there's no upper age limit). Some children may need extra help from grown-ups, but we try to encourage kids to do as much as possible.
Do adults have to pay? can adults stay?
A maximum of TWO accompanying adults can attend per booking to ensure our venue does not become overcrowded. Children can not be left unaccompanied.
CaN birthday groups attend workshops?
Yes! You are welcome to bring birthday groups to any of our workshops - just book as many tickets as you need. Birthday groups generally sit together, but you usually have to share a table with others. We don't allow you to bring cake if you're attending open workshops, but you can book the party room and bring your own food if it's available. Our leaders will usually ask if it's someone's birthday but feel free to give them a reminder on the day!

We are in Kingsway Centre, right next to Little Kingdom. If you park in the multi-storey, exit at the main shopping level, turn left, and we are at the bottom on the right.

If you are coming from Clifton, we are the left turning just before Bedminster Cricket Club.
If you are coming from Ashton/ Bedminster, we are the right turning just after Bedminster Cricket Club.
It is signposted Eco Studios from the main road. Our building is black and has a flat roof.
Do you have parking?
Bristol: There is plenty of parking on the gravelled area immediately on the right as you turn in to the entrance.

DO YOU OFFER CHARITY & HOLIDAY GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer 15% discount to registered charities on all workshops and tickets. We offer 10% discount to holiday groups booking 20 tickets or more.
How long do workshops and parties last?
Workshops last approx one hour. Arrive 15 minutes before your workshop start time. Please do not be late. To preserve the experience for all customers we have a strict policy of no admittance 15 minutes after a workshop begins. Please do not call us to tell you are going to be late.
Do kids take anything away?
Yes, they go away with a tub of the slime they have made plus a tub of the giant slime. We provide all materials and VegWare containers for all workshops and parties.
Is Slime Safe AND DOES IT CONTAIN ANY FOOD?
Our slime ingredients are CE certified, non-toxic, and child-friendly, with no food ingredients.
If your child has allergies, please inform our staff. We recommend a small skin test before participating.
Can I get a Refund?
Our workshops are a ticketed event, therefore tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unfortunately if you miss your workshop for any reason, (including illness or travel issues) you will need to buy another ticket. For parties, you can cancel and re-schedule up to 14 days before your party, providing we have availability.
Do you have wheelchair access?
We are inclusive and welcome children of all abilities. We are fully wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring Babies/Toddlers even though they can’t participate?
Yes, they can sit with you in the spectator area at the side of the workshop.
How can i get slime out of hair & clothes?
Vinegar! Pour some vinegar on a dishcloth, rub it on the slime, and wash as normal. A normal wash will usually get rid of slime on clothes without vinegar. We recommend children wear clothes they can get messy and accept no liability for damage caused to clothes, footwear or any other property.
DO YOU HAVE TOILETS?
There are wheelchair accessible toilets at both Bristol & Newport branches.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'm LATE TO A WORKSHOP OR PARTY?
Sorry but you will not be admitted if you arrive more than 15 minutes late - latecomers are disruptive to the session and spoil the experience for other customers. We are unable to refund tickets for people who arrive late and a new ticket will need to be purchased.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WORKSHOP AND A PARTY?
If you book a party, you have the space to yourself, and are allowed 15 mins at the end to cut cake and sing happy birthday. We are also able to give the birthday child a bit more attention than they might receive if your birthday group attended an open workshop. However, the slime making experience is exactly the same as our regular workshops. From our experience, the kids enjoy it either way!
HOW MANY EXTRA CHILDREN BEYOND THOSE IN THE PARTY PACKAGE CAN YOU ACCOMmODATE?
Our party space can accommodate up to 25 children. Just pay for any extra children beyond those included in the package either as an add-on at time of booking or we can send you a payment link nearer the date of the party when you know final numbers. We will contact you 2-3 days before your party to get final numbers and take any additional payments.
What's the difference between original and glow slime workshops?
Our Original Slime recipe provides a wider variety of colour choices and shaving foam. Glow slime is restricted to green, yellow, pink and orange colours and we don't add shaving foam (but we do add glow powder so it glows in the dark!). Both recipes include charms, glitter & scent.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR WORKSHOPS AND 'DROP-IN' SLIME?
Our workshops last an hour and include a slime show (10mins), individual slime and giant slime making. We recommend pre-booking. We only run drop-in slime at our Newport branch on weekends and 7 days per week in school holidays. It is £9 per child and usually lasts around 10-15 minutes. We do not offer drop-in slime at our Bristol branch.
Do YOU SELL PARTY BAGS?
Yes, they are £5 each. More info here. You can add them at time of booking, or order and pay for them when we call you 2-3 days before the party.

WHAT IS YOUR SUSTAINABILITY POLICY?
We use non-toxic, biodegradable PVA glue, VegWare packaging to reduce plastic waste, natural and vegan-approved paint, and biodegradable mix-ins for our slime products. We promote public transport use among our employees to lower carbon emissions, and many of our venue fixtures are reclaimed. Additionally, we actively encourage recycling at all our locations. Our sustainability policy reflects our dedication to making a positive environmental impact while delivering enjoyable and sustainable slime products to our customers.
DOES THE BIRTHDAY CHILD COUNT AS ONE OF NUMBERS IN THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE?
Yes, birthday children and any siblings who are taking part take a space in the birthday numbers.
